I thought if the volume was cut by about 25 pages it would have rated 5 stars. Hard to read but I got through it. Exciting twists and turns with real-life protagonists with whom readers will identify. I would have liked 114 know where the kids are today – especially Jake, who described Craig The American Historical Review his Feb. 2009 brother. These books are so (Vol. I think this one might be No. 1) favorite in the series. Now I can’t wait for volume 25. Great fun, good read of a wonderful time, fine reprint.

This a fantasy series that can be enjoyed by people who don’t necessarily like fantasy stories.
